Delete your account and data

Deckrypt Dungeon Cards, by Brazza Studio

You can delete your Deckrypt account and everything saved with it whenever you want. If the game is still on your phone, doing it there is the quickest way.

In the game

  1. Open More in the bottom bar, then Account.
  2. Tap Delete account if you signed in with Google, or Erase my progress if you play as a guest.
  3. Read what will be lost and confirm. It happens right away, and the game starts over as a new guest.

Request by web form

The web form isn't open yet. Until it is, please use the email request below. It covers the same data.

Request by email

Write to support@brazzastudio.com with the subject "Delete my Deckrypt data". Send it from the Google account you used in the game, or include your Player ID if you played as a guest. We delete the data within 30 days, usually much sooner, and reply to confirm.

A guest save has no name or email attached. Without its Player ID there is no way to tell which save is yours, and nothing in it points to you.

What gets deleted

  • Your cloud save: levels and stars, Souls, Runes (bought ones too), boosters, heroes, relics, cosmetics, season pass, missions, Daily Challenge and Endless records, redeemed gift codes and the game's record of your purchases.
  • Your sign-in account: the Player ID and, if you linked one, the Google email, name and profile photo link.
  • When you delete in the game, the progress on that phone too.

None of it can be recovered afterwards.

What stays

  • Permanent purchases (Remove Ads and the Necromancer) belong to your Google Play account. Restore them from the game's Shop if you play again.
  • Google Play keeps its own payment records, under Google's policies.
  • Anonymous gameplay statistics, which were never linked to your account. They expire under the Google Analytics retention setting.
  • A record of a form or email request (your email, Player ID, date and result), kept for one year and then deleted.

More detail is in the privacy policy.
